The internship has been a great learning opportunity to see how Chinese firms work, the kind of people that are in the practice of law here and how they are working to help people every day. Bottom line, just like American Lawyers, doing their best each day to help their clients.
The Managing Partner here has a business background as well. We spent a couple of hours this morning while he shared his business model and plans with me. He is an energetic and interesting guy. We are both born in 1969, so a small point we share. He just got to the law side of things much faster.
I appreciate the opportunity here and the rest of the attorneys and staff who have made me so welcome and helped make this a very positive experience for my education in China.
